Can I come in and try on the products before I buy them?

Of course! We have a physical store located in the heart of The University of Melbourne. Feel free to drop by and try on our clothing lines. We also have a larger  stock range available to browse in the store.

We are open from 8:30am until 5pm every weekday.

I have forgotten my password. Who do I contact?

Visit the log in page and enter the e-mail address associated with your account. Click submit to have your password e-mailed to you.

Can I check prices without creating an order?

Yes you can. If you Browse or Search for a product the price will be displayed. Also if you decide to order the product you can enter a quantity and click the Add to Order button and an order will automatically be created for you.

What is your return policy?

Where can you post orders to?

When creating your profile, a list of countries we serve (most internationals) will be displayed. Please be aware that pricing is in $AUD and postage rates increase for international orders.

Please note that we cannot post orders to your post office box. The Uni Store does not take any responsibility for customs fees pertaining to your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If you live in Australia, you can expect your order to arrive within fourteen days. International deliveries will normally arrive within six weeks, though this may vary in certain cases.
